Two weeks ago, the customized sanitary napkin production line for the Malaysian client completed commissioning at our factory. Its stable operational performance and precise process output won high praise from the client, marking a successful start to our cooperation. This week, the production line, which carries trust and expectations, officially entered the disassembly and packaging phase. Our engineering team, with an extremely meticulous and professional attitude, efficiently completed all preparation work. The equipment is now fully packed and ready for shipment, awaiting the client’s shipping instructions, and will soon head to Malaysia to embark on its production journey.
Disassembly and packaging after commissioning is a crucial link in ensuring the safety of equipment during long-distance transportation, and it is also a re-test of the team’s professional capabilities. Considering the complexity of cross-border transportation and the client’s needs for convenient subsequent installation of the equipment, the engineering team made comprehensive plans before starting the work: on one hand, to ensure that every component is properly protected to avoid damage caused by bumps, moisture and other factors during transportation; on the other hand, to achieve maximum space utilization through scientific planning, reduce logistics costs, and at the same time provide clear guidance for the client’s subsequent disassembly and installation.
At the disassembly site, the engineers had clear divisions of labor and collaborated with great tacit understanding, making the entire process orderly. Holding professional tools, they disassembled key components of the production line one by one, including the core main machine, transmission system and control system. After removing each part, they immediately carried out cleaning and dust removal, as well as performance re-inspection. Only after confirming no damage would they attach an exclusive label – the label clearly marked the component name, installation position and precautions, providing an intuitive reference for the client’s subsequent assembly. For precision and vulnerable components such as sensors and circuit interfaces, the engineers were even more cautious, using multi-layer protective materials such as customized shockproof packaging boxes and anti-static bags for wrapping to ensure absolute safety; for large structural parts such as racks and rollers, they conducted reinforcement treatment to reduce the risk of shaking during transportation.
The packaging phase also demonstrated the concept of “meticulous craftsmanship”. Based on the size, weight and shape of the components, the engineers repeatedly adjusted the placement plan. Through reasonable stacking and nested combination, they achieved orderly storage of all components in the limited packaging space. This not only avoided collision and friction between components, but also minimized the packaging volume, truly achieving “optimal space utilization and comprehensive protective measures”. After two consecutive days of hard work, all disassembly, cleaning, protection and packaging work was completed. On each row of neat packaging boxes, in addition to clear labels, there were also detailed packing lists, facilitating the client’s inspection and verification when receiving the goods.
After receiving the on-site work videos and photos of the packaging results that we sent in real time, the client once again affirmed our professional quality and efficient execution: “From commissioning to packaging, we can feel your care in every link.
